Wilful damage of a police vehicle, Cairns City
Police have charged a 40-year-old Manunda man following an alleged incident in Cairns City on the night of November 23.Â
It will be alleged just before 11pm, the man repeatedly threw a rock into a police vehicle parked on Sheridan Street, smashing multiple windows.
The 40-year-old was arrested by officers and charged with one count of wilful damage of police property.
He is due to appear at the Cairns Magistrates Court on December 11.
Drug offences, Mossman Gorge
Police have charged a 72-year-old Mossman Gorge man following the execution of a search warrant in Mossman Gorge on November 23.
It will be alleged detectives from the Criminal Investigations Branch located and seized drugs and drug paraphernalia.
The man was charged with one count each of supplying dangerous drugs, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils and possessing an item used in the commission of drug supply.
He is due to appear at the Mossman Magistrates Court on December 20.
