Cairns police are investigating the sudden deaths of a man and woman at Cairns City on Wednesday.
A welfare check was conducted after a request was made by family; police attended their home around 10am on January 4 2023.
A man and woman, both aged in their early 90s, were located deceased.
Investigations are underway to establish their cause of death.
