A FATHER-DAUGHTER team from Cairns will experience horse-racing ownership having won a share in Buenos Noches in the Giga Kick Stakes or the Golden Eagle on 4 November 2023 after winning the latest prize in the Adllins Media marketing survey.
Shannon Anderson from Edge Hill was randomly chosen as the second lucky winner, securing full owner’s access of Buenos Noches on 4 November 2023, along with a 2.5% share in any prize money won — with the potential to share in the first place prize money of up to $3,000,000.
After receiving the call from Adllins Media director Friday morning, Shannon could hardly believe she’d won.
“I got the call on Friday morning, and I get to take my dad to the races with me,” she said.
Local marketing company Adllins Media director Ange Collins said one of her favourite times of the week is contacting the latest winner of the survey and breaking the news.

“Hamish rang me several times after our initial conversation as he just couldn’t believe it, and neither could his friends.”
Shannon’s father Chris was absolutely stoked to hear he would be able to get owner’s access and a share in a Giga Kick Stakes racehorse.
“I am stoked, I can’t believe we actually won,” he said.
“We’ve decided to go with Buenos Noches at the Giga Kick Stakes at Rosehill Gardens, and we will head up there on Saturday 4 November.
