A WHITE Rock boy was arrested following an incident of assault at a Hollywood Boulevard address on Anzac day, 25 April.
It will be alleged the 14-year-old caused significant damage to a vehicle and a window at the location before police arrived at around 11.45am.
The boy was arrested and when being placed into a police vehicle he spat in the face of one of the officers.
It will be further alleged that the boy later threw toilet over officers in the Cairns watchhouse.
The boy was charged with one count of serious assault police, two counts of wilful damage and two counts of assault police.
He is due to appear before Cairns Childrens Court on May 1.
