POLICE have located three men who absconded from Townsville Correctional Centre (Low Custody Male Farm) on November 22 and today, November 25.
The 34-year-old and 22-year-old men were located by the dog squad at 2.30am after they abandoned an alleged stolen Kia Picanto along Putt Street in Railway Estate.
They were arrested without further incident and have been returned to custody.
Both have been charged with one count of escape lawful custody and other property related offences and are expected to appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court today, November 24.
The third alleged escapee, a 28-year-old man, handed himself into Kirwan Police Station around 1pm today, November 25.
